Connection drop out & slow connection

Hello,

I thought I would try my chance here.
I am experiencing connection drops and slow speed internet for more than 2 weeks now.
I already went 3 times to the Plusnet chat; 2 people from there and a bt engineer tried to solve my problem but it is still here.
2 tickets were raised finally saying that the problem should be solved to which I answered that it was still there and no answer.
I am wondering about the best way to get an answer and a solution to my problem?

I've just checked and can see you had a reply from our faults team this morning, we're currently awaiting your availability for an engineer. If you can respond to the fault ticket here with that information we'll get this progressed for you.
