anyone else having trouble? my connection appears to have died, just tried re-booting the rooter several times factory re-sets and so on, but still no connection. it says DSL is up, but not much else.

This will have caused a large volume of customers to lose connectivity to the Internet. Our network engineers are investigating and we'll provide another update later today.
