Connection Reliability Issues

I’ve been having a lot of trouble with the stability of my connection.
It started around 2 months ago when I would be unable to connect to the internet upon turning my router on. The logs showed lots of xdsl linestate down errors and the only solution was to just leave the router on until eventually it connected. Then once connected eventually the connection would drop with the same error and I’d have to wait again until it eventually reconnected.
So I bought a new router and it fixed the issue for about a month until now, as I’m having the same issue again.
I’ve tried connecting to the test socket behind the faceplate, replacing the ADSL filter / cables and neither have fixed the issue.
I’m unsure if it’s connected but around 2.5 / 3 months ago I had my upload uncapped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't make for good viewing from our end.

If you've swapped routers, filters and your connected to the test socket then you've pretty much ruled out anything internal.
I'd recommend raising a fault to us using the link below so we can investigate further
