Connection Issue

Hello,
I've noticed a few dropped connections and solid red bars on my Thinkbroadband ping graph over the last couple of days.  My FTTC connection has been pretty solid for a couple of years (first with BT and then plusnet).
Can anyone from plusnet take a look to see if anything is obviously wrong with my connection, exchange, etc.

I forgot to mention, I can't currently connect to plusnet.

Hi gc8839,
From looking at your RADIUS logs it seems like your connection drops are concentrated and very specific! Do you have any recollection of using or installing a new device around the two points where we see the drops in the graph below?

Hi,
many thanks for checking for me.  Definitely nothing to report at my end in terms of network/device changes.
I note my connection is back up and running now, so I'll keep an eye on things and see how it goes.

OK thanks Gareth,
Glad to hear it's back up and running, hopefully you shouldn't see this again however it could be worth checking anything electrical near the the router and also anything that could have changed externally to your house or neighboring houses.
