Hey Guys,
Im recently new to plus.net
On my old provider I had my connection set to FAST PATH.
Does that mean this connection is FAST PATH because I'm noticing my connection is slighlty unstable it feels.
Cheers,
Nick

Do your router stats show any FEC corrected errors? If so your path should be interleaved; if zero then fast path.

Yes, zeros up and downstream mean both are effectively fast path. Can't tell whether the interleaving setting is actually "auto" but the DLM has decided to use "off". Plusnet staff would need to check that.
You can use the Help Assistant via Contact Us to raise a ticket (or as they put it ask us a question) requesting interleaving be turned on.
However the Digital Care Team who monitor these forums will be back at work on Tuesday and I expect they'll pick up your request in this thread then.

Hi BIGskiller,
I have placed the order to enabled interleaving on your line. This is due to complete on 31/08/11. Please let us know if there are any further issues.
