A support guy phoned me this afternoon telling me that my line will be reset.
"Dear Mr Jackson,
As per our conversation, following the engineer visit, I have sent a request to reset your line to try and improve your speeds, this should be within 72 hours. We now believe your fault is resolved. If you have any further problems, please call us back on 0845 10 0200 and select option 6, 3.
I have sent a request to reset your line to try and improve your speeds, this should be within 72 hours."

the guy on the phone said ( on friday ) to keep the router on as its on the 10 day training period, it was up for 3 days and just then , it went off then back on  Sad

Is this meant to happen ?

Training period is over and speed is still capped at 3.2mb nothing at all has changes in ten days.
Dont know what to do now to be honest

The banding's been lifted now so you should see the sync rate is up but I'll have to check the IP profile in a bit to see when that goes up so I can make changes on your account.

Speed has gone to 3.2 from 3.6 will it continue to go up gradually?
The maximum bandwith ****alternates every time i refresh the page so will i ever be able to get 4.5 mb?
