I'm trying to find out why you can't access the faults tool. While I am looking into this please don't try to access it.

It seems there have been a few issues like this. I have given your details to the person investigating this and I will update you in the morning. In the meantime please don't try to access the faults tool as this will stop us being able to fix it.

I think ive been capped again its allmost unusable , got this message dont have a clue what it means to be honest.

I've had one of the faults team look at this for you and after running a few tests he's sent the ticket back to you with a few questions. The sooner you could answer then then they can progress it further for you.

gonna try it in the test socket for a day, see what my results are.

In test socket (22:04) il leave it downstairs into the test socket till sat morning/ Afternoon.

I had a call, he said hes sending a new router to me a thompson, hope that will fix it 
Curious about this AFAIK and whats the cunning plan ? LOL
As i said on the ticket il test it when it arrives.

Hi Y2J,
AFAIK = As Far As I Know. I think the router was probably his cunnig plan as he's bet me a drink that the voyager you're using is having ADSL2+ compatibility issues.

Yey i can get on today, i moved the router about 6pm last night back to my room and it was (DSL LIGHT) flashing then off , tried for 6 hours to get back on but no luck.
Get up connect all fine strange

Just did a speed check

Today 10:28 4040 kbps (505kB/s) 658 kbps (82.3kB/s)
WOW never had 4mb before, 4.5 profile too

Does online gaming go slower from 12pm till 12am?
Because i have tested playing before 12pm and after 12am and its fine beetween these times its unplayable.
Fair usage etc, as FIFA uses P2P to connect to each other.
