Hi,
I think I'm having problems with my connection dropping a lot. Could a rep please check/post the session graph I've see for other people that shows how often my session drops and re-starts?
Is there still some easy quick check OR can do to see if a line fault is suspected? I've suffered from water ingress in to old drop wiring in the past.
thanks.

There's not been many disconnections that we can see:
Running line tests is also showing a similar low number of disconnections.
I've also tested the phone line directly and that's not reporting any problems either.

Hi CookieWookie,
A warm welcome to the forums.
What OS are you using and which router have you got? What do these 'disconnections' look like - that is what do you experience? There are some specific issues with the TG582n router and Win8/8.1/10 which give rise to web browsing incorrectly reporting the Internet connection to be down.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
