Connection ADSL mode

Hello,

My plusnet connection went active yesterday, I am getting just over 2mbps whereas on sky I was getting just over 3mbps. It looks like my connection is set to ADSL rather than ADSL2 and I think that's what's causing it. Could I please have my connection set to ADSL2 mode?

Hi Lee,

Sky use a separate network to us which involves different broadband technologies and in some cases different speeds.

I can see your connection is working above it's 1.5mbps estimate on ADSL 2 at the moment so I'm sorry to disappoint.
