Hi,
I am connecting to a Cisco VPN from osx Mavericks, using the built in client, the connection works fine, but once connected no other device at home can browse the internet or receive emails. I've tried switching the osx machine to wired, but that doesn't help. Plusnet have said that VPNs are advanced networking and don't offer support. Using the supplied plusnet router.
How would I go about diagnosing and fixing this annoyance?
Thanks

Which router is it? TG582N? Which firmware version?
Can you see anything in the router log? Have you tried disabling uPnP to see if that has any impact?

Router is TG585 v8 with software version 8.2.7.8.
Router log does contain upnp errors
UPnP action 'AddPortMapping' from ip=192.168.1.xx (Undocumented UPNP error) with the ip 192.168.1.xx been the IP of my macbook.
I've so far been unable to to disable upnp, the router seems to have trouble navigating around the UI, I will report back.
** EDIT **
Disabling upnp works, no idea if it breaks anything else running, but thanks for the help.
