Does your TV have wired and/or wireless network connections ?

How far is the TV from the router ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Which TV? With my TV, with WiFi it was just a case of selecting the network, input the password and it connected. But recently I've changed to an ethernet connection, which was even easier. Just connect the cable between the TV and the router and it automatically connected. I might add I did go into the TV menu to tell it to forget the WiFi connection.

 

There is always the WPS button option but I've never been a fan of pressing the button. Seems to have a life of its own if it connects or not.
