Connected via gateway ptn-ag02 but get cookies notice in Italian

Puzzled at why I'm seeing in Italian this when connected on UK gateway gateway ptn-ag02.

If it helps, I get the same (non-English) 'Cookie Policy' notification from our BT Business Broadband connection at work so I guess it's more a problem with that website.

[Edit]  Google Translate confirms it to be Italian

Tried same address using TOR browser connecting via Norwegian IP; same Italian message
