Connected but no throughput

Hi All,
This evening everything looks fine with my connection but I've got absolutely no throughput. Anybody else having this problem? It's very frustrating! Thanks Simon.

what ip address does your router say you are using. if its 172.***.***.*** you have this http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,76791.0.html pretty common problem which should clear after 10-20 mins hopefully

Thanks for the reply. I was on the dodgy ip address, turned off my router for a bit and then when I turned it back on it had fixed itself. What's confusing me slightly is that I thought I was on a static ip product. Thanks again and best regards, Simon

You never got as far as connecting to the Plusnet network, that's why you didn't get your Plusnet assigned IP address.
