Thanks Chris, I have just put the Technicolor back on My Mum's computer and it seems to be working great, the sync has gone up from 12500 to 14444. I just need it to settle now though as the speed is 8 Mb/s and with the Thomson 516 being on for the last couple of days the FEC and HEC errors were over 14 billion. I think that was upstream though.
The up noise is around 32 and down is around 3. I think I will go and look at all the wiring on the weekend.
