83068680 ticket got answered.
Thank you for your patience. Our testing has identified an exchange fault on your line. This has now been raised with our wholesale provider for further investigation, please allow 48 -72 hours for a update. I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please also note that if your own equipment or wiring is at fault you could be liable for an engineer fee's although no access is currently required. We will make you aware of the checks required to minimise the possibility of this before arranging such visit.
There is nothing wrong with my line as i get full speed outside of peak evening times.
So no idea ill let them do there thing heh.
