Confused
Been a PN customer for nearly four years now...
on the old Premier Option 1 package ...
£21.99 a month...peak time 4pm till midnight....
have no intention of changing this in the near future.
From my point of view PN have been rock solid!! :
Been downloading a lot recently...obviously outside of peak time hours.
My billing runs from the 26th to the 26th ..then my "view my usage" is reset.
Well it should be..........
Last night approx 12.45am (Boxing day the 26th!!)
I downloaded a file... size 699mb!
watched it.. ;)..
then wait straight to bed.
Had a nice long sleep in (it's great to be off work!! ;D)
Then got on my PC at about 12.30pm this afternoon.
The first thing i did was open up my browser and go straight to my "view my usage" page to see if it had been reset....
obviously the 699mb file i downloaded would have been included in my off peak time usage....
instead my reset usage showed up as 1.25 gb!!!
To make matters worse i then rang PN who told me that my "view my usage" had been reset at 9.55am this morning!!!!
If this was the case should the 699mb file i downloaded last night been include in last months usage (26th Nov to the 26th Dec)
It also it beggers the question .......where did the 1.25gb come from!!!!!
Anyone???
