Confirming engineer appointment for Plusnet Fibre service install

Hello,
would  it be possible to get a confirmation on the booking of the engineer to install my fibre service on
27/08/2014 AM
Just want to double check everything is booked Smiley

After checking the order in the wholesale system, I can confirm that the appointment is set for the 27/08/14 AM as you mention.
