Thanks for that. Should be a big improvement.
Just looked at some past speedtest results. On ADSL i was getting speedtest results of 5400 - 6300 kbps, Then in the first days of the ADSL2+ training that rose to a steady 7700 kbps but following the computer problems - giving numerous disconnects - the downloads speeds fell to 2800 at an SNR margin of 10. The training then tried to use either a SNR of 2.4 (no downloads) or 10 (slow downloads).  All previous ADSL use was at a SNR of 5.7 - 6.

Thanks for that. Seemed to kick-in at lunch time and has been steady since at SNR 6.2, Attainable rate of 6592 and actual rate of 5163 (both from router stats) BRAS is still set at 3 though is that something you could raise.

HI Mike,
Can't change the bRAS but speeds will pick up once the sync remains constant. On average this is about 72 hours.
