Hello,
My broadband got up and running a whole month later (4 Nov) than we agree though they started charging me from the expected day(4 Oct).
On top of that, I had to buy data add ons so i could stay connected to the internet while waiting for Plusnet to get me connected to my new broadband.
They told me I am entitled to compensation, but how do i go about this?
