Mr Tickle was great back in this thread, thanks geewizz and on first hour use, whoever did this website deserves a very big pat on the back, its great,i feel at home already,so easy to use and all joined up,you go  backwards and forwards to and from anywhere on the website, unlike before, top class.

Good point Smiley
We'd forgotten about the Plusnet logos on the old F9 and FOL sites. Problem raised and will be getting sorted later today. Thanks for the watchful eyes.

Re: Coming soon to a website near you...

Don't know if it's part of the revamp but the overall status page (this one https://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&link=mc_helpbox) now shows the "last updated" time in GMT not BST. Is that intentional  ????  I know there used to be something about setting your time zones preference when you are "logged in" but that status page is available without login  Sad
Regards,
Ray.

Just noticed that the old Plusnet logo still appears when you use Webmail (once you have signed in)

Hi Boneman - That's actually something I noticed yesterday and it's already been raised to a developer to look into.
Good spot though - Thanks.

Good spot, that was one that slipped through the net. We'd already noticed it, and it should be fixed now.

New look portal is very slow to load over the works snail like internet connection.
Has the portal been designed for broadband speeds?

Re: Coming soon to a website near you...

dont like the generic avatars for Plus net staff, it was much easier to do a quick scan down to postings and look for the favourite avatar

Re: Coming soon to a website near you...

I don't wish to be picky but while the standard font size in postings is just about readable the size used in quotes is not - this is on a 22" widescreen at 1680 x 1050

this is to check that it applies to a standard quote

Edit - screen print attached which might show it
