If it is in a ticket, what is it related too?

Hi Robin,
Clear reject means that we have passed the fault back to BT for further investigation.
LTB still evident means that the Lower Threshold Breach (your line is synchronising at a speed lower than your fault threshold rate) is still being seen by us.
It's an internal note in relation to your fault.
