Closing account

Unfortunately my mother-in-law died last week and we're in the process of sorting out her paperwork.  She has a payg dialup account with free-online.  Once we're sure that everyone who needs to know has been informed, how do we go about getting her account switched off?  There is obviously no direct-debit setup, since it just uses the 0845 number (or whatever).
