Closed ticket (73898391), not me!

I received the following today in relation to the above ticket.

Slight problem, I'm unable to view the latest ticket correspondence due to (I assume) someone at Plusnet
deleting it.

It won't have been deleted (we have no ability to do that without tampering with the database directly). You shoul dbe able to refine the search criteria on our website to look for 'closed tickets over the last 30 days' or words to that effect?

Thanks, got it, but why ask me to view the response when someone (not me) has closed the ticket.
Wouldn't it be better to wait for me to view it and then initiate closure. Wink
