Cheltenham ... Amber Status

It's been amber since the start of February... there is still no ETA for fix...
Any chance of finding out what is going on?

That VP status relates to 20CN connections only; it has been amber or red since 19 Oct 2012 (apart from one week in November). Since the exchange is 21CN enabled I assume fixing the 20CN capacity is not a high priority.
Are you on a 21CN connection? The checker doesn't show VP status for that though Plusnet have access to that information.

Hi there,
Looks like 21CN capacity on Cheltenham is all green or blue (blue is even better than green capacity wise). Certainly nothing there that looks like it needs upgrading. That's as of the 29th March.
Fibre wise it's the same story though one of the sections (SFBB00003774 - guess that's a single cab code?) is showing amber. That's going through the normal regrade process so should be updated soon, not sure how often these files are refreshed though.

I'm not - someone asked me if I was having connection problems - they're not with PN but I said I'd check to see if I could find anything out.
