Hi
Just had my "Advance notice of your Direct Debit payment" and it's £12.49 when my Broadband Price Limit has been set at £11.24 for months. Is there a problem with the system?
Thanks
Dan

Thanks pierre_pierre.
It says:
1 1GB Additional Data Transfer Charge Until 14/10/2008 £2.13 £0.37 £2.50
So it says quantity 1 x 1GB but I've been charged for 2 x 1GB which takes me over my Price "Limit"

My support ticket has been replied to - apparently I have been double-billed for 1Gb rather than charged for 2Gb. Thanks Harry.
