Changing to unlimited

Hi,
Does it have any drawbacks at which point in the month I change ( like just before or just after payment is made for the month ) my product from BBYW option 2 to 'unlimited' or does it not matter ?
Hope that makes sense  Cheesy
Thanks.  Smiley

Re: Changing to unlimited

I think the change will normally happen at your next billing date
Even if I am wrong and it happens immediately they would just take a part payment for the difference
Either way  so it doesn't matter unless you want to get onto unlimited quickly, in which case I would do it before your DD payment is requested otherwise you might be stuck on BBYW for another month

Re: Changing to unlimited

Ok, I just changed to Unlimited, there was no mention of Hardware so I suppose I'll be ok with what I have right ?
thanks.

Re: Changing to unlimited

If you don't want the hardware or the free house move you should go on to a 12 month contract. If you want the above it will be 18 months.
I should watch your ticket and, if it says 18 months, ask for confirmation you are on a 12 month contract then it is in writing.
If your existing hardware works fine then there is no need to change it.

Re: Changing to unlimited

I don't need hardware really as everything works fine, just didn't see it offered at any stage in my product change, or a mention of 12 months instead of 18, I could be mistaken of course. I have looked at my 'open questions' and there are none ( that's a ticket, right ? ) I will do another 'ticket' and ask about length of contract as you say.  I can't see myself ever leaving Plusnet it's the only ISP I have ever had, it's just a ' mind ' thing with being tied in for me, you know ?  Cheesy
thanks for help.
Fenster.

Account changes are scheduled for your next billing date.
@Fenster, your account change is scheduled for 10th June.
