Can anyone tell me if upgrading from Broadband PAYG to Plusnet Pro involves a new training period for the connection.
I am very happy with the perfornance of my existing PAYG product with its non restricted traffic shaping, however Plusnet pro seems to offer the same traffic management profile plus 20 Gb download included.. I would not, however wish to enter into a new line training period as my line is currently giving me a quite generous target snr for the long line attenuation of 50 Db.
In short, does is this upgrade simply an account change matter.?
I would appreciate feedback from anyone with experience of this change.
Thanks.

No is the quick answer
But moving from ADSL1 to ADSL2+ or 20CN to 21CN does if it hasn't already happened
