Changing installation date

I'm a new customer waiting for the service to be installed but I need to change the date. I've tried to phone, but there's always a 30 minute wait and the chat service just tells me to phone up. I've raised a ticket but not had a reply yet and it's been a week. I'm not very impressed by the level of service so far, but if someone can contact me today to rearrange the installation, I'll go with that, otherwise I'll be cancelling

I'm in the same boat. Just booked an engineer for 29th October, then realised instantly that I wouldn't be home that day. Trying to change it, but the phone wait is ludicrous and I can't raise a ticket as the form just keeps asking me for a valid mobile number, which is already there!!
