Changed Plusnet password and now internet isn't working?

Hello,

I changed my plustnet login password last week and now my internet isn't working. How can sort this. I have unplugged / turned off the router and turned back on but still no joy. I have read some threads here with similar issues and it says to login...I am confused what I am meant to login in to? How can I change password on my router? If anyone can help black and white info is needed as I am very unknowledgeable in this area.

p.s Have tried customer support but they are currently just disconnecting calls 😞

Fix

@Stardustdance  Welcome to the forum.

If you look at the Hub you will find the reset hole. Leaving it switched on push a paperclip or similat into the hole and keep the switch closed for at least 20 seconds. Then leave it and it should pick up your new credentials automatically and reconnect.

If this doesn't work tell us which Hub you have for insructions on how to manually input these details.
