Changed From BT to Fibre and slower connection speeds

HI,
changed to plus net from BT infinity. I was expecting the speeds to be the same but they have dropped around 15mb! I was getting the full speed. can you please do a complete reset to get my speed increased to the norm.

What sort of speeds were you getting? what speeds are you getting at the moment?

i used to be getting between 72 and 74  now im only getting 59

I've had a look into this for you and it seems like the speeds you're experiencing are correct. This drop in speeds could be due to an uptake in your cabinet or potentially a fault. Our faults team can have a look into this for you if you wish for further investigation to be carried out. For them to do this you would need to raise a fault: faults.plus.net

can you please do a dslam reset and lower snr. my download is not 53!!
