My current package is Plusnet Unlimited Fibre @19.99 a month but my speed is only 35.2Mb Down. Would it be worth changing my package to" Up to 38Mb" @14.99 a month ?

7Mb upstream, we had put you on 40/10, we can try you on 80/20 if you'd prefer as the package you're on does allow 80/20?

I can give it ago. I guess if its not stable it will go back down to 40/10.

Looks like its gone down to 35mb down again. How do I go about changing my package to "Up to 38Mb" I have 0 Years and 0 months left on my contract

Your speed profile on our side is 53Mb. However, if you wish to change the package you can do so through the member centre. Once you've logged in, there should be a product change option at the top.
