Hi,
I received a text today to say my broadband was live. The phone is working but there is no internet. The power light is orange and the b light is red.
I have tried resetting and logging in. 192.168.1.254 says I am not connected. I click connect but nothing happens.

Welcome to the forum
It can take up until midnight on the go live day until the broadband is fully activated. These automatic texts cause much confusion.

Sorry to hear this.
I can see the order completed this afternoon but it appears that your router is trying to connect with a incorrect password.
Can you try resetting the router using the pinhole on the back?
