Change off Broadband

I changed my Broadband from unlimited to the limited option last week and nothing has been done according to My account page I''m still on Unlimited.
Can this be sorted please.

I believe changes happen at the account month end.

it will change on your billing date
If you look on closed tickets on your account there should be something there

As confirmed on Service Notice: SN186166829 and by Oldjim your account change is scheduled to complete on your next billing date.

Yes, that's what I was trying to say. Couldn't remember the correct word (billing)!
