I was advised that bringing forward the engineer arrival date would damage the order
is this true? and has anyone else managed to get an appointment closer to their original appointment

Hi reece251,
This can be done if availability does crop up, I have to admit though, it is quite rare that this happens.

Hi chris
i dont really feel like phoning up everyday and harassing the team to ask if a nearer appointment is avaliable. What is the best way to check if there have been any cancellations

Hi there,
It'd not really be worth even doing that to be honest (though that would be the only way). Reason being, the only way our agents could check would be to cancel the existing appointment in order to be able to request new dates. This may well lead to the replacement appointment actually being further away than the one you have currently.
We know it's not ideal and sorry about that.
