Cessation charge activated athough am retaining Home Phone and migrating withMAC

Hi
I've just noticed that the cessation charge has been activated on the account by cancellations.
I am neither getting rid of the line or home phone and am just migrating ADSL with a MAC
Can one of the comms team take a look please ASAP as I hope this has not started line disconnection as stressed I wanted to keep home phone.

You won't be charged it.
The "wally" hasn't done anything.  He's scheduled your account accordingly.  Your outbound migration will be checked and no cessation fee will be taken.
I'd appreciate avoiding insults please.
