Re: Catalogue of disasters

Hiya,
Please don't get em wrong - I totally get that you are angry and I'd be pretty miffed in the same situation!
I honestly am really sorry that you've had to go through this and I promise I am doing everything within my power to get things moving for you.  Whilst I know what I'm doing, I'm not going to make you any promises about router delivery before I know that it's going to happen.
I'm also concerned that this is putting you off referring new customers.  If I gave you my contact details for someone to get hold of if you had a spot of bother, would that help at all?  There's a few of our larger referrs who are able to get hold of me aty any stage and I'd be more than happy to extend that to you for future signups if that would help?

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Gah.  I've just thought of something.  The account that you're posting from - is that your account, or the account for your referrer?
If it is your account, could you possibly PM me the username of your referrers account?

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Thanks for that James
I am only in business two months and over the past week have spent I would imagine
1 day trying to sort two new connections. This is usually a 10 minute job.
I have lost too much time - simply not worth £0.25 per month.
I have totally lost confidence in PlusNet.
Lets see how this one pans out and then I will decide.
I do appreciate your help

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Thanks - Could you possibly confirm which account you're posting from, just so I can make sure that I'm sending the router to the right account?

Re: Catalogue of disasters

I would suggest that in these circumstances, to keep the reputation of both Plusnet and ewmillscomp, ewmillscomp should be authorised to source a router locally today and Plusnet refund him the cost.

Thanks, that was the account I was looking at Smiley
Jelv, I'm hoping that it won't need to come to that.

Re: Catalogue of disasters

I carry routers in stock but would rather fit the PlusNet one

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Hiya,
Just got off the phone with our warehouse (after going through signoff procedures) and the router should be going out special delivery today (arriving tomorrow).
I'll confirm when I've heard back.

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Hiya,
It's been confirmed that the router is being sent out by ParcelForce.
I've asked for further confirmation that it will be received tomorrow, which I was waiting on before posting back in here again.

Re: Catalogue of disasters

Just FYI.
Our Warehouse are currently having trouble expediting your router order.
We're chasing to find out why and I'll let you know once I've had an update.

Re: Catalogue of disasters

In your previous post you said it was being shipped today.
WTF is going on.
I am going to have to go and purchase a router for my client.
James I appreciate you have tried to sort this but the situation is now untenable.
I have a very unhappy client and am going to have to resolve this farce today.
Please escalate to VERY SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
Please supply contact details fro PlusNET MD.
