Cashback for my last bill

Two weeks ago I contacted with Plusnet about my last bill. Plusnet took the money, it shouldn't. I already have an account closed. Plusnet owes me £ 29.98. I was promised 2 weeks ago to get my money back. But I still haven't received it.

Hi there.

We generate a final bill within 21 days following cancellation which will include any due refunds, and we'd then send it back to your bank account through an active direct debit instruction. If there's no direct debit on your account or if it's no longer active then we'll post a cheque out to you instead.

Having said that it looks like you've been waiting longer than this and yesterday we manually arranged to send you a cheque which you should receive within the next 14 days.
