Right, when are Plusnet going to sort out the massive speed drops fibre customers are experiencing in the evenings? This forum is full of complaints about it. the main thread being here,
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,124744.0.html .
All 14 pages of it!
I can't believe there has been no input from Plusnet staff about it on here this morning yet, it won't go away by ignoring it.
As it affects different exchanges & gateways, the must be a major problem out there somewhere.

Hi buseng12,
We're not ignoring it. As there are multiple people having such issues we're working on collating all this data together. We've been through Procera and we've noticed some quality drops that we're looking into with our suppliers.
Chris Purvey will be dealing with this and we'll post further updates, as we have the on the post you've referred to. Unfortunately we can't fix these issues instantly, we need time to get to the root cause of the problem and work with our suppliers to get this fixed.
I appreciate that if you don't hear from us on the Forums it looks as though we're not doing anything - however, that's really not the case, we're working on it.
