Hello, yesterday I logged into my account to check on things and I noticed I cannot view my usage and just returns a page with "Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment." so I checked agian this mornning and I get the same message has any one else had this. and hat can I do
There are a few posts under My Account/Billing. What can you do? Well you can do what I did and try Live Chat. You will get an email from someone saying they are aware of the problem with some accounts and will be in touch. That was on 3rd August, and still no usage meter and no-one's been in touch. The last actual usage on my account was recorded on 20th July.
