Cannot view my Broadband usage

When I attempt to view my broadband usage I get a message "sorry nothing to report" which is an error that I suffered recently and it has returned.  Can you please restore that facility ASAP.

Further to the message above, I am pleased to report that I can now view my broadband usage, so thank you for acting so quickly.

I have the same issue - what was the solution? Can't actually ask PlusNet as there's a 15 minute wait, and 21 users waiting to chat.

Hi wofw53,

Quite often the usage will appear again if you power the router off for a few minutes and then back on. It does take around 2-3 hours to show after this.

I did turn my router off and back on after a few minutes when I read about that on this Forum.  The usage monitor re-appeared later the same day.  I don't know whether rebooting the router did did it or if it was the work of the technical support.
