Cannot set up 3rd party router (Technicolour DWA0120)

Tried setting up my Technicolour router, and now my previous router won't work either!
The failure point is the PPP connection, or the DSL username/password. I have changed the PlusNet password in the past, however no iteration of the password works, internet is completely down. Any help really appreciated.

@dunnace 

Put your Plusnet supplied hub back then insert a paperclip or similar in the reset hole. Keep the switch closed for about 30 seconds then leave it alone. It will take several minutes but should automatically pick up the password registered to your account.
