Cannot load webpages - error comes up

http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed Appears when I try to log into certain pages. Can Plusnet help? Your customer services call centre will not take my call.

Hi @Damianwhite86, this looks to be a problem with the back end system. It's assigned an IP addressed normally reserved for accounts that enter a failed payment state and shouldn't normally be let into the normal IP pools. I've refreshed the connection to assign a new IP, can you retry this and let me know if it's fixed?
