Cannot connect to my server or hosting company

Cannot connect to my server or hosting company.
I have run "Isitme" and all sites are up, yet I cannot connect to 34SP or any of my clients websites at my server.
I have rebooted the router and flushed the DNS resolver cache, but no good.
What now?
Urgent reply sought.

Issue resolved seemingly by TTL issue
