I have not been able to connect since Monday. After being on hold yesterday for over an hour to plusnet support i was told it was going to be sorted today at 7am. Its now 7.30 and its still not sorted. Ive tried all the usual, rebooting, resetting etc and i cannot get online. The dsl light is out and when i test the connection via the provided i get an error saying no ethernet activity. I work from home so really need this sorting asap. Please help ??!?!
Can an admin please move this to fibre instead of adsl. Would appreciate some help with this situation. Also worth mentioned i do have a dial tone and can connect to router but the hub isnt getting a connection
