Cannot collect email, nor view this site

This morning, I was unable to connect to plusnet pop server (or one on waitrose.com), nor could I get into this community site.  Tried again early this afternoon, still no joy.  Other websites OK
Then did a disconnect / reconnect on the router and all was well.  This time a different gateway, I think (pte-ag2), but I didn't note which one I was on this morning.

Hiya - Suspect it was probably PCL-AG01 which appears to be the main culprit.
Glad things are now working properly for you.

The is a Service Status posted.  However, it seems like you have done the correct thing by gateway hopping
