Cannot access www.delicious.com / rapidshare.com

Morning! Still no luck with delicious or rapidshare on the thn-ag2 gateway. Could be that it's still being investigated / worked on. I've reset my router, cleared cache / cookies. Either way, I'll take my question back to Customer Support.

Hi Trindak,
It's odd that most people seem to have access back to these sites. Can you try providing a tracert to the site you are having problems with and we should be able to see where the problem is. I would have suggested clearing your cache but you've already tried this. Are you able to test with an alternate browser?

Which gateway
You are currently connected to the "Telehouse North, LLU" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as thn-ag2.
If you are on this gateway, you are on the Tiscali LLU Platform.

LLU customers connect to the gateway known as thn-ag2. This is the only gateway you'll be able to connect through.

Still down for me here ... can get to it via another ISP's connection.
How do I tell which gateway I'm connected to?

I've given our networks guys the heads up that this is happening again, they were already working on it this morning.

If you go to http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway it will tell you which gateway you are connected to.

We are currently working on a solution to this, I've posted a service status this morning. We don't want to rush a fix out and make the problem worse, hence us making sure it's correct and rolling this around 3pm this afternoon.

I don't know it this is related, but for the past couple of days I haev been unable to connect to www.sharestation.com, but i can connect to this site through other isp's.

What error do you get and can you provide a traceroute? I'd test from here but I haven't access to a PlusNet provisioned line at the moment.

When i did a tracert last night, It was getting so far and then somewhere down the line it was just timeing out on me all the time.
When i connect via a web browser, Internet Explorer shows it is connecting like if it is a very slow connection, but the screen is white and then eventually will say this page cannot be diaplayed.
I can't give exact details as iam at work, i can get some more details later if the issue has not been fixed with the roll out fix later.

The presence of  tun0.pcl-gw01.plus.net or  tun0.thn-gw1.plus.net would suggest the traffic was being looked up against the IWF list however as you can see this isn't in the trace to sharestation domain.

I've no problems reaching either www.delicious.com and www.rapidshare.com now. I assume the fix is now in place.
Also www.sharestation.com loads fine.
XP SP2, IE7, and tracert.

Yep, as far as I know the fix rolled fine (slightly earlier than scheduled) and the sites in question are now loading correctly.
