Cannot access my router

The 192.168.1.254 page isn’t working
192.168.1.254 didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
It done this when I first got it 2 weeks ago, then it worked, but its stopped working again. Internet is fine, speed is good, no faults on the router.
Weird.

But not there:

well for no reason whatsoever, its started working.
I did just disable Kaspersky!

Definitely Kaspersky somehow blocking the router!
