Hi there and welcome to the community forums.
Those sorts of errors are usually seen when there isn't sufficient bandwidth to try and stream, is it HD content that you're trying to play? I ask as your current line profile is 1600kbps which AFAIK could leave you struggling to stream in HD.

Hi brenda,
Does your Bluray provide any other internet enabled function, other than iPlayer?
If so, do these function at all?
Just trying to understand if this is a generic connectivity issue on the device, or iPlayer specific.
Additionally, do you connect to the router via wireless or via an Ethernet cable?
