Re: Cannot Upload

Hi. I have sent for a technical problem report. Will they just come back with the same answer? I have read another post and it talks about an uncap on the upload. Could that be the problem?
Thanks,

Re: Cannot Upload

Hi Majority,
I've just checked and it's not currently uncapped. I'll place an order for that now, which should complete tomorrow. It can't do any harm to try.

Re: Cannot Upload

Thanks Jojo. It must be a strange one and it would happen to me - a person that uploads a lot  Undecided
The phone line has no crackle or radio on it so that is good sign I believe.

Yeah, very strange. I'll be interested to see what happens when it's uncapped tomorrow Smiley

Re: Cannot Upload

Hi. Nothing has changed. I got an email off someone saying they had the same problem. I have reported the problem on the 17th though just waiting on a response. Do you have any idea how long that will be?
Thanks,

Re: Cannot Upload

Hi. We have received an email from Plusnet saying they have checked the line and there does not seem to be a problem.
They say to get in touch if there is still a problem via email or phone call.
I have replied on the Plusnet website. How can it download but now upload. Surely a very similar thing?
I have noticed on the game Halo 3 it flags up as a "warning" for the upstream.

Re: Cannot Upload

Could it be a router problem? I really do not want to argue for another router. Quite reluctant to send them usually.

Re: Cannot Upload

Hi Majority,
I'll be more than happy to consider that. Firstly though can I ask you to publish the results of a BT speed test please?

Re: Cannot Upload

Yes no problem. How do I go about getting the Service ID? Can you email it or something?
