Cannot Upload Webpages

Hi.
I have not been able to upload my webpages for the last three
days all I see is:
Connecting to: Force9
Connection Established
Force9 FTP Server #3 ready
Connected to Force9
USER **********
Password required for **********
PASS
Login incorrect
Error logging on to: Force9
I have checked my username and password all correct.
and spent the last three plus hours trying to
find out how to raise a ticket with on luck.

great web pages, cant see anything wrong there, have you changed any thing else recently?
